Welcome.

I am a licensed doctoral level psychologist and health service provider in CT and MA, who is deeply committed to high quality clinical work and the patients who choose to work with me.

In my private practice I specialize in short-term, goal oriented and adjunctive skills-based treatments. On occasion, I accept long-term psychotherapy referrals.

I offer professional consultation, training seminars and inservices to providers.

If you would like to know more, check out my services page or email DrKSantora@gmail.com

Clinical services :

Adjunctive treatment, when a person is already in a primary outpatient therapy, but additional focused work (such as DBT coping skills or stabilizing an eating disorder) is recommended.

Short-term and goal focused psychotherapy is time-limited and focused on developing behavioral understanding and skills, to support you in making changes that you want for yourself.

Long-term psychotherapy is more open-ended to explore your story, difficulties, and support changes over time.

Therapy groups, which can also be used as adjunctive treatment to provide additional support.

Professional services :

Consultation to providers can be general, or specialized to some of my areas of expertise and focus such as the diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder, working with attachment problems, disordered eating, self-harming behaviors, and DBT informed treatment.

Professional training is offered to groups of clinicians or other health care providers and allies (see service list for examples of past trainings).
